အဆိုပါ ဟိုတယ်အသင်း၏အပြည်ပြည်ဆိုင်ရာလူ့အဖွဲ့အစည်း (ISHA) သည် ၂၀၁၈ ထူးချွန်ဆုကိုအဖွဲ့ဝင်ပြည်နယ်ဟိုတယ်နှင့်တည်းခိုခန်းများသို့ပေးအပ်ခဲ့သည်။ ISHA ထူးချွန်ဆုများကိုမကြာသေးမီကကော်လိုရာဒို၊ ဒင်းဗား၌ကျင်းပသောနှစ်ပတ်လည် ISHA ဆောင်းရာသီကွန်ဖရင့်၌ပေးအပ်ခဲ့သည်။ အနိုင်ရရှိသူများကိုပြည်နယ်တည်းခိုရေးအသင်းများအတွက်အမျိုးအစား ၅ ခုဖြင့်အသိအမှတ်ပြုသည်။
